Vahid Entezari, MD MMSc, FAAOS
Vahid Entezari, MD is a shoulder and elbow surgeon at Cleveland Clinic, specializing in rotator cuff injuries, sports-related conditions, arthritis, and trauma. After earning his medical degree abroad, he completed a research fellowship and a Masters in Translational Research at Harvard Medical School, followed by residency at Cleveland Clinic and a fellowship at Rothman Institute. Dr. Entezari performs advanced procedures, including shoulder arthroscopy, muscle transfers, and joint replacements, and is active in research with numerous publications, several book chapters, and regularly presents at regional and national conferences.

Jonathan Levy, MD is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow disorders. A graduate of Northwestern University’s Honors Program in Medical Education, Dr. Levy completed his residency at the University of Miami and advanced training at the Mayo Clinic. With over 125 peer-reviewed publications and extensive experience in developing and training surgeons on cutting-edge shoulder replacement devices, he is an active leader in the field and president-elect of the Association of Clinical Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons.

Dr. Brian L. Badman is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow disorders, with expertise in sports injuries, degenerative conditions, and complex shoulder reconstruction. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Florida and fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery at the Florida Orthopedic Institute.
Dr. Badman has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and serves as volunteer academic faculty for the Indiana University School of Medicine, where he helps train orthopedic residents and supports surgical education.

BRIAN S. COHEN, MD
Dr. Brian Cohen is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine with more than 25 years of experience, now practicing at OhioHealth in Columbus, Ohio. Originally from New York, he earned his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed his orthopedic residency at Mount Sinai Hospital. He then pursued advanced sports medicine training through a fellowship at the nationally renowned Rush Medical School in Chicago. Known for his patient-first philosophy, Dr. Cohen is committed to providing expert care and helping patients achieve optimal outcomes in orthopedic health.
